Understanding Your Welcome Letter
Concept
Your PastPerfect Online Welcome Letter has all the information you need
to log into the Interface Management Site (IMS) and begin customizing
your PastPerfect Online website. Please keep your letter in a safe place
where you can refer to it as needed.
The top of your letter contains your hosting start date, renewal date,
and record limit.
The bottom portion of your letter has a grid with important URLs, emails,
and passwords. The information in this grid is the key to accessing your
PastPerfect Online site.
- PPO Site Address: The landing page URL for your PastPerfect
Online site.
- Installation Keycode: A seven digit number specific to your
organization used during installation.
- Client Number: PastPerfect assigned five digit number displayed
during file creation.
- PPO Admin Contact: The
primary person we will reach out to regarding your site. This should
be someone who works closely with PastPerfect Online.
- PPO Admin Phone Number:

PPO Admin Contact if we cannot get in touch by email.

IMS. This email will also be used to communicate important information
about your site, including confirmations for data uploads, maintenance
notifications, or alerts if more records are uploaded than your hosting
allows.
