Interface Management Site - Help Text Tab
Concept
Each search option on your site has a customizable field for "Help
Text". These fields are designed as a place where you can provide
instructions for how to most efficiently search your collection.
Each page has a few sentences with default tips on how to use its search
function. Entering custom text into the Help Text fields in IMS will overwrite
this default text.
Task
- Sign into admin.pastperfectonline.com.
- Select the Help Text tab.
- Enter your custom text in each of the fields.
- Note: You can use plain text or HTML. Use HTML to get the formatting
and spacing that you desire.
- Once you have made your changes, click the Update
Museum link at the top or bottom of your page to save the changes.
- Click the Open Web Site
link at the top of your page to view your changes.
