Public Access Toolbar

Many text portions of your public site can be designed and modified within Public Site Settings using the CKEditor Toolbar.  

Insert Image

You can insert an online image (like a logo or a scanned signature) into your document templates by using the Image button in the Toolbar.  

1.Position your cursor in the template where you want the image to be inserted

2.Click the Image button in the toolbar

3.Click the "Upload" tab

4.Click "Choose File"

5.Navigate to and select your local image file, then click "Open"

6.Click "Send it to the Server."  When the image is uploaded, it will switch to the Image Info tab and the URL will be populated.

7.Populate other fields if you desire

8.Click "OK"

Links

If you want to share hyperlinks (to web pages or email addresses) within your website, you can do so using the Link button in the Toolbar.

1.Highlight the text you want to be the link within the section of the page. This could be a full URL, an email, or a word/phrase like "click here".

2.Click the Link button in the toolbar  

3.Select the Link Type (URL or Email)

4.Fill in the appropriate fields

5.Click "OK"

Toolbar Buttons

Many of the buttons in the toolbars for the templates are common word processing tools. Hovering over each tool button will reveal the title for each tool. Here is a partial list of the ones used most often.
