Search Results

Keyword Search, Advanced Search, and catalog searches all return search results in a similar format.

1.Number of records online that match your search criteria

2.Number of records searched.

3.Thumbnail images open the Image Viewer, allowing you to see the full image.

4.Hyperlinks will open the record page. The hyperlink is comprised of the first two fields you have selected for that record type in the Select Fields for Public View accordion under Public Site Settings. If a record does not have data in these two fields, "View Record" will be used as the hyperlink instead.

5.Additional text from the record. This will display the third field you have selected for that record type in the Select Fields for Public View Accordion under Public Site Settings. If a record does not have data in that field, no additional text will display in the search results.
