Update Contact List

If you used a filter statement to populate a contact list, you can quickly refresh your list instead of creating a whole new list.


Please note, if you have manually populated your Contact List, we do not recommend removing all records from your list; you should update your list manually instead.

Update Contact List with Filter

1.Click the List Name for the list you want to update on the Contact Lists Query screen

2.Click "Edit" in the Edit Bar on the Individual List screen

3.Click "Add Records" to view the filter statement last used

If there is no filter statement, do not proceed with these steps.   

4.Close the pop-up window without making any changes

5.Click "Remove All Records" to clear the list

6.Click "Yes" on the confirmation message

7.Click "Add Records" again

8.If needed, make any edits to your filter statement

9.Click the "Apply" button

10.Click "Add All Records Selected by Filter" on the pop-up window

11.Click "Save" back on the Individual List screen
