Working with Campaigns

1.Create New Campaign

1.Go to "Development" on the Main Navigation Bar and select "Campaigns"

2.Click "New Record"

3.Fill in the required fields: Campaign Name, Campaign Activity, Start Date, and End Date

4.Click "Add New Record"

5.Populate other fields as needed

6.Click "Save" in the Edit Bar at the top of the screen



2.Add Campaign Activities

1.Click "Edit" in the Edit Bar at the top of the Campaign screen

2.Click "Add New Activity"

3.Populate the fields, including the required Campaign Activity

4.Click "Save" on the pop-up window

5.Repeat steps 2-4 for additional activities if needed

6.Click "Save" in the Edit Bar at the top of the screen



3.Enter Donation Resulting from a Campaign

1.Go to "Development" on the Main Navigation Bar and select "Pledges & Receipts"

2.Select "Donations" in the Left Sidebar

3.Click "New Record"

4.Fill in the required fields: Received From, Date, Amount, Type of Payment, and Fund

If Type of Payment is "Check", you will also need to fill in Check or Reference No

5.Select the appropriate Campaign and Campaign Activity

6.Fill in additional fields as needed

7.Click "Save" on the pop-up window



4.Enter In-Kind Gift Resulting from a Campaign

1.Go to "Development" on the Main Navigation Bar and select "Pledges & Receipts"

2.Select "In-Kind Gifts" in the Left Sidebar

3.Click "New Record"

4.Fill in the required fields: Received From, Date, and Type

5.Select the appropriate Campaign and Campaign Activity

6.Fill in additional fields as needed

7.Click "Add" on the pop-up window



5.Enter Pledge Resulting from a Campaign

1.Go to "Development" on the Main Navigation Bar and select "Pledges & Receipts"

2.Select "Pledges" in the Left Sidebar

3.Click "New Record"

4.Fill in the required fields: Received From, Date of Pledge, Payment Interval, Amount, Date of 1st Payment, and Number of Payments

5.Select the appropriate Campaign and Campaign Activity

6.Fill in additional fields as needed

7.Click "Save" on the pop-up window



6.Enter New Membership Resulting from a Campaign

1.Go to "Development" on the Main Navigation Bar and select "Contacts"

2.Locate the Contact record for the new membership. If person does not exist in Contacts, add the person as a contact.

3.Click "Edit" in the Edit Bar at the top of the Contact record

4.Expand the Membership Accordion

5.Populate the Membership Name, Membership Type, Payment Interval, and Date Joined fields

6.Select the appropriate campaign for the Joined as Result of This Campaign field and the appropriate Campaign Activity

7.Fill in additional fields as needed

8.Click "Save" in the Edit Bar at the top of the screen
