The Source Accordion displays data from the Accession or Incoming Loan record. Included fields are Source, In Memory Of, Credit Line, Received As, and pertinent dates. If a catalog record is not linked to an Accession or Incoming Loan, these fields may be populated and edited from the catalog record screen. Otherwise, changes to the data in these fields must be made on the Accession or Incoming Loan record.
