Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are the recommended Internet browsers when working with PastPerfect Web Edition. In order for the software to correctly function, you must have pop-ups enabled. For the best user experience, we recommend having a minimum screen resolution and minimum browser window size of 1366 x 768 pixels. You can add https://mypastperfect.com to your Bookmarks or Favorites in your Internet browser for easy access.
Click the "Set Password Link" provided in your Welcome email. Follow the on-screen instructions for creating your password. You will be directed to https://mypastperfect.com, where you can then enter your email address and password to log in. You must use the email address set up by your organization's Administrator for your user account.
If you are the administrator for PastPerfect Web Edition, the first time you access the software, you will need to agree to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you are a user, the first time you access PastPerfect Web Edition, you will need to agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.
To log in to your PastPerfect Web Edition software, go to https://mypastperfect.com.
Enter your email address and password, and click "Log In."
If the Privacy Policy or Acceptable Use Policy has changed since the last time you logged in, you will need to accept the policy again.
To log out when you are done using the software, hover over your user name in the Title bar and select "Log Out".
If you have been inactive for 20 minutes, the software will display a message indicating that your session is about to expire. You will have the option to either stay logged in or to log out. If you do not respond to this prompt, the software will automatically log you off after an additional 10 minutes of inactivity.
If you are logged in and need to change your password, you can hover over your user name in the Title Bar and select "My Profile". Click "Change Password", enter your current password, and then enter and confirm your new password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to https://mypastperfect.com. Click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button. You will receive an email with a link to change your password.
To create an icon that will open to the Web Edition login screen from your computer's desktop:
