Account Information

The Account Information screen is available for any user with the Administrator Role. It displays the Name and Email of the main Administrator along with information about your organization's usage.

Current Users: This displays the number of current user accounts and the maximum number of users allowed at your current package level.

Storage Used: This displays the total amount of storage currently used and the maximum storage amount at your current package level.

Storage by Area: This chart displays the percentage of storage used within each program area. Click View breakdown to see this information presented in a list.

Storage by File Type: This bar displays the percentage of storage used by each general file types. Click View breakdown to see a list of the specific file types and percentage of storage used.
