Settings

The Settings menu includes the various areas to customize settings, edit document templates, set up user accounts, and more.


Accessions & Loans Documents

Templates for the Deed of Gift, Loan Agreement, and other collection forms and letters can be modified under Accessions & Loans Documents.


Account Information

Account Information includes information about your organization's user and storage limits, and how storage is being used. This option is only available to users with the Administrator Role.


Authority Files

Add, edit, and remove entries for all Authority Files throughout the software.


Catalog Filter & Option Fields

Select the fields available to use for filters and to display in the grid on the Catalog Query screens under Catalog Filter & Option Fields. 


Contact Filter & Option Fields

Select the fields available to use for filters and to display in the grid on the Contacts Query screens under Contact Filter & Option Fields.


Catalog Item Location Fields

Customize the location field names for catalog records.


Contacts Settings

Under Contact Settings, manage the Membership Types and Subtypes, Funds, Volunteer Projects, Letter & Mail Templates, and Pledge & Receipts Letter Templates, used throughout the Development areas of the software.


Custom Fields

Create and view the Custom Fields for all areas of the software.


Email Settings

To send email through Web Edition, customize the settings under Email Settings. Custom SMTP Settings are unique to each user account.


Lexicon

Browse and modify the Lexicon, which is based on Nomenclature for Museum Cataloging.


Public Site Settings

Customize the appearance and settings for your Public Access site under Public Site Settings. This option is only available if your organization has Public Access.


Roles & Restrictions

Under Roles & Restrictions, create organization specific roles to restrict users from various program areas and features.


User Accounts

Create and manage the User Accounts who have access to your software.
