Adding New Exhibits

Exhibit names do not need to be unique in PastPerfect, in case you have an exhibit that recurs every few years. If the exhibit names are the same, you will need to use the Start Date to identify which one is which.

Add New Exhibit

1.Click "New Record" on the Exhibit Query screen or on an existing Exhibit record

2.Populate the Exhibit Name and Start Date fields

3.Click "Add New Record"

4.Populate other fields as needed

5.Click "Save" in the Edit Bar at the top of the screen
