Navigating the Software

The Home Screen is the first screen you will see after logging into Web Edition. This screen has easy access to all parts of the program either through the colored tiles or by selecting an option from the Main Navigation Bar. The Main Navigation Bar, along with the Title Bar above it, appear on every screen in Web Edition.

Each of the program areas, such as Catalogs or Contacts, features a Query screen. From this screen, you can browse records, filter to find specific records, display selected data from records, and perform actions. The actions available will vary depending on the area of the program. Clicking on a hyperlink in the grid of a Query screen will open the Record screen.

Record screens contain the bulk of your data. These screens allow you to enter new data and view data on existing records. The screens vary based on the record type. Each record screen will display the Record Type, Edit Bar, and Action Buttons at the top, followed by data fields and accordions containing additional data fields.
