Print Catalog List
When you print a catalog list, there are a variety of layouts to choose from.
Grid/Grid with Images and List/List with Images include the following fields by default: Catalog, Object ID, Object Name, Title, Description. Additional fields can be added to these layouts by changing the Included Fields under Field Options.
Labels include the Object ID, Object Name, Collection, Home Location Building, Year Range From, and Year Range To fields. Labels with Images adds the primary image thumbnail and includes Object ID, Object Name, Home Location Building, Year Range From, and Year Range To fields. The Labels/Labels with Images layout is sized for Avery 5160 labels.
The layout for Barcode Labels/Barcode Labels with Images includes the Object ID in barcode font Code 128, Object ID, and Object Name fields. There is the option to include the Home Location Building field and/or Title field. Barcode Labels with Images adds the primary image thumbnail. The Barcode Labels layout is sized for Avery 5160 labels.
There are three versions of inventory sheets available to print:
•Inventory Checklist is the most basic and most condensed report with fields for Object ID and Object Name.
•Inventory Checklist with Images includes Object ID, Object Name, Status, Title, and Location along with a thumbnail image.
•Inventory Worksheet is the most detailed option and includes the following fields, Accession/Incoming Loan No, Object ID, Object Name, Status, Title, Condition, Condition Date, Home Location, Temp Location, Last Inventoried, Last Inventoried by, and Description, along with a thumbnail image.
Print Catalog List
1.Click on the List Name for the list you want to print on the Catalog Lists Query screen
2.If you want to add additional fields to the Grid/Grid with Images or List/List with Images layouts before printing, click "Field Options" to expand the accordion.
•To add a field, select the field in the Available Fields column on the left, then click the right arrow. The field will move to the Included Fields column on the right.
•To remove a field, select the field in the Included Fields column on the right, then click the left arrow. The field will move to the Available Fields column on the left.
•To change the order of the fields in the Included Fields column, click a field and drag it up or down into the desired position.

3.Click "Apply"
4.Click "Print" in the upper right corner of the Individual List screen
5.Using the drop-down list, select the layout you would like to print
6.Click "Preview"
7.On the report preview screen, click either "Print" or "Save as PDF"
•Click "Print" to open your browser's print window.
•Click "Save as PDF" to enter a file name, select the orientation and paper size, and generate the PDF.
