Keyword Search & Random Images

This accordion displays check boxes for the different record types available for Keyword Search and Random Images. Keyword Searches can include the following record types: Objects, Photos, Archives, Library, People, and Container List.  The images displayed in Random Images can be from Objects, Photos, Archives, or Library.

Modify Record Types Included

1. Click "Edit" at the top of the Public Site Settings screen
2. Click the Keyword Search & Random Images Accordion to expand it
3. Select the check box for the record types to include.
• If a record type is excluded from Keyword Search, the corresponding checkbox will also be removed from the Keyword Search page.
4. Click "Save" at the top of the screen

There is also a check box for Hide hyperlinks below images. If this box is checked, only images will display on the Random Images pages with no text below them. Please note, to change what text appears as the hyperlink, please see Select Fields for Public View Accordion and adjust the order of your fields.
