Maintenance Scheduling

The fields at the bottom of the Condition Accordion allow you to track the maintenance start date, maintenance interval, and detailed notes and maintenance history for each item. The maintenance interval can be set for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, yearly, every two years, every five years, or never. You decide the appropriate interval for the treatment and cleaning for each item in your collection, and then you can filter on these fields to produce lists of items requiring maintenance.
