Field Name

Description

Campaign Activity

This field is used to record a specific campaign activity. It can be replicated to have multiple activities. For each activity, you can record a cost, goal, and description.

Campaign Name

This field tracks the unique name for the Campaign.

End Date

Enter the date the campaign ended or will end. If this date is in the past, the campaign is considered a Past Campaign.

Entered

The date and time the record was added is automatically entered in this field.

Entered by

The name of the person who added the record is automatically entered.

First Receipt

This field is automatically filled with the date of the first donation made to this campaign.

Fund

Use this field to specify a particular fund for all donations and pledges associated with this campaign to be applied to. This field is controlled by a drop-down list.

Last Modified

The last date and time the record was changed is automatically entered in this field.

Last Modified by

The name of the last person to edit the record is automatically entered in this field.

Last New Member

This field is automatically filled with the Date Joined of the most recent new member who joined as part of this campaign.

Last Receipt

This field is automatically filled with the date of the last donation made to this campaign.

Manager

Record the name of the manager of the campaign. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Purpose

Use this field to record the purpose of the campaign. There is no limit to the number of lines records in this field.

Start Date

Enter the date the campaign started.
