The description is pulled from the Description field of the item record. Note - This field can only be edited from the item record.

Enter any extra information about the image in this unlimited notes field.

Equipment Used to Acquire

Record the specific piece of equipment used to create or acquire the image. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Grayscale or RGB (color)

This field enables you to record whether the image was created in color or black and white. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Image type

This field automatically populates with the image file type (jpg, tif, bmp, etc).

Image size

This field automatically populates with the image file size and dimensions.

Last view modified

This field automatically records the last date and time the image record was changed.

Last view modified by

The name of the last person to edit the image record is automatically entered in this field.

Latitude

Record the latitude location of this image. Enter the latitude degrees as a number from 0 to 90.

Latitude North/South

Indicate N (North Latitude) or S (South Latitude).

Longitude

Record the longitude location of this image. Enter the longitude degrees as a number from 0 to 180.

Longitude East/West

Indicate E (East Longitude) or W (West Longitude).

Negative No

If there is a negative associated with the image, enter its negative number here.

Original Object Format

Enter the original format of the item represented in the image. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Original Object Size

Enter the size of the original object.

People

The People names are pulled form the People field of the item record.

Public Access

Place a check mark in this box if you want to include this record on your public site. Sharing records requires the Public Access add-on.

Restricted

Place a check mark in the box next to the word "Restricted" to place a flag on the image to let users know that the image is restricted from use.

Software Used to Acquire

If software was used to create the image, enter the name of the software in this field. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Settings & Resolution

Indicate the resolution (dots per inch) and the other settings used to acquire the image.
