Field Name

Description

Artist

Select the name of an individual artist for the song from the Creator Authority File. This field is linked to records marked as Creators within the People section of the program. The Artist/Instrument fields can be repeated to track multiple artists and their instruments.

Composer

Record the composer of the individual song, if known.

Conductor

Record the conductor of the individual song, if known.

Group

Use this field to record the musical group associated with the song.

Instrument

Select the instrument used by the corresponding artist in the song. This field is controlled by an authority file.

Length

Record the length of the song in HH:MM:SS format.

Media ID

Record the media ID for the song.

Orchestra

Document the orchestra name for the song, if applicable.

Song Title

Record the title of the individual song.

Track No

Record the track number of the song.
