User History

Each time a user logs into PastPerfect, a record is created in the User History table, containing the user name as well as the date and time they logged in. As long as users log out of the program by going to their user name in the Title bar and then selecting "Log Out", the date and time of the Logout is also recorded in the User History. If a session times out or if you close your browser, a Logout date and time will not be recorded.

The User History log can be viewed by going to Utilities | User History.  Each user is listed once, but you can click on a User to view their user history.
