Utilities

The Utilities menu includes the following options:

Data Backup

Create and download SQL backups of your data.

DPLA Export

Generate a DPLA XML file to share records with your DPLA Service Hub. This option is only available if your organization has Public Access.

Public Access Analytics

View basic statistical information about searches performed on your Public Access site.This option is only available if your organization has Public Access.

Recycle Bin

Deleted records appear in the Recycle Bin where they can be recalled or permanently deleted.

User History

View the login history for all user accounts.
