Working with Exhibit Labels

Each catalog record has an exhibit label that can be individually customized.  Exhibit Labels use the same word-processing interface as letters.  (See Letter/Email Template Modifications for additional details about the toolbar options.)  You can access and print an exhibit label from the Exhibit record as described below or from the Location Accordion of the catalog record.

View/Edit/Print Exhibit Label from Exhibit Record

    1. Click "Edit" in the Edit Bar on the Exhibit record
    2. Click the Catalog Records on this Exhibit Accordion to expand it
    3. Click the "Exhibit Label" link in the Actions column
    4. Make any desired changes or print the label
    5. Click "Save" on the pop-up window
    6. Click "Save" in the Edit Bar at the top of the screen
