Pledge Payments

The records listed under the Pledge Payments section of the Pledges & Receipts Query screen are all of the individual scheduled payments for all pledges. For example, if John Smith pledged $1000 over 4 annual payments starting in 2016, he would have four pledge payments for his $1000 pledge: $250 in 2016, $250 in 2017, $250 in 2018, and $250 in 2019. Each of these four payments would be listed under Pledge Payments in Pledges & Receipts.

 

The Pledge Payments screen displays both future pledge payments that have not yet been made and pledge payments that have already been paid.  You can use filters to narrow down the list. See Working with Filters for more details.

 

 

To access the Pledge Payment Schedule, click the hyperlink in the Date column. From there you can add payments to the schedule, delete payments from the schedule, and print individual Pledge Payment Reminder Letters and Pledge Payment Receipts. To view the contact record, click the contact's name in the Received From column.

Action Buttons

Export to CSV: Creates a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file, which you may open in Excel. The file will include all the records and fields in the Browse Grid. Use the Filter Section to narrow the list if needed.

 

Email or Print Reminder Letter: Allows you to email or print to PDF the Pledge Payment Reminder Letter for each pledge payment displaying in the Browse Grid. You may also print mailing labels. Email or Print Receipt: Allows you to email or print to PDF the Pledge Payment Receipt for each pledge payment displaying in the Browse Grid. You may also print mailing labels. Print: Prints the list of all records appearing in the Browse Grid. Use the Filter Section to narrow the list if needed. Click a column header to sort by that column. This list will be previewed before printing. You may choose to send it to a printer or save it as a PDF.
