PastPerfect Support

The support staff includes both computer and museum professionals for the most comprehensive and friendly technical support in the industry.

The support office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pacific). Our voicemail is active 24 hours a day and we will respond to calls in the order they are received, giving first priority to customers who pay for annual support services. Pricing

Note: This pricing is for PastPerfect Version 5.0 and PastPerfect Version 4.0 users. Technical support for PastPerfect Web Edition is included in the Annual Hosting, Licensing, Maintenance, and Support cost.

Institutional Members of the American Association for State and Local History (A​A​S​L​H) receive a 20% discount on the majority of PastPerfect products and services.

Support is also available on a per‑incident basis at the current rate of $85. Conversions, training, and custom programming are billed separately and are not included in our support pricing.

Annual Support Services

The PastPerfect Basic Program comes with 30 days of free warranty support. After the first 30 days, you have the option to subscribe to our Annual Support plan or you can choose to be billed on a per‑incident basis for support. Annual Support gives your organization unlimited access to our technical staff for a single yearly fee. For new customers, First Year Annual Support plans are available starting at under $280. Note: First Year Annual Support must be purchased at the same time as the PastPerfect Basic Program.

Annual Support gives you peace of mind by providing your staff and volunteers unlimited access to our staff. Having Annual Support also makes getting to speak with one of our support technicians faster and easier.
