PastPerfect Annual Support Services

The PastPerfect Basic Program comes with 30 days of free warranty support. After the first 30 days, you have the option to subscribe to our Annual Support plan or you can choose to be billed on a per-incident basis for support. Annual Support gives your organization unlimited access to our technical staff for a single yearly fee. For new customers, First Year Annual Support* plans are available starting at under $280.

Annual Support gives you peace of mind by providing your staff and volunteers unlimited access to our staff. Having Annual Support also makes getting to speak with one of our support technicians faster and easier. The PastPerfect support staff includes both computer and museum professionals for the most comprehensive and friendly technical support in the industry.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time). Our voicemail is active 24 hours a day and we will respond to calls in the order they are received, giving first priority to customers who pay for annual support services. We strive to answer all calls within 24 hours and usually return calls within the hour.
